What is Skloo?

What's missing isn't effort.
It's understanding.

Many people spend years trying to function inside models, therapies and routines that never made sense to them. That brings frustration, guilt and a constant feeling of not fitting in, as if the problem were them. In practice, what's missing isn't effort. It's understanding.

Skloo was born to answer exactly that.

Ariadne's thread

The name comes from the Greek word clew, a ball of yarn. In the myth of Ariadne's thread, the yarn let Theseus enter the labyrinth, find the Minotaur and get out without losing himself. Not a map. Not a formula. Just a thread that went along the way.

Skloo is that thread. It turns everyday life into understanding, connecting sleep, mood, food, medication, routine and more into a clearer reading of how your mind works. With conversational tracking and an AI based only on scientific evidence, Skloo doesn't just organise information: it translates patterns, suggests possible paths and teaches you to understand how you work.

It's not a control tool. It's not one more method that asks you to adapt. It's support to understand yourself, regulate and decide with more clarity, so you can walk through your own mind without losing yourself.

If you got this far, you already know something doesn't fit. Skloo exists so that, finally, everything makes more sense.

The app, inside

Everything you need,
in your own rhythm.

These are real screens of Skloo. Nothing here asks you to be perfect: one note a day already counts.

1

Tell how you are, your way

You choose what to look after: mood, sleep, energy, water, medication, or something that's only yours. Each one is measured in the way that makes sense for it.

  • A slider with words, not a test: "somewhat positive · 74"
  • Sleep by bedtime and wake-up time, water by the glass
  • Forgot yesterday? Log any of the last 90 days

A giraffe that grows with you

Every care item gives your giraffe energy. With a full day she goes for a walk in the savanna and brings back a keepsake. Leaves buy accessories, which hang on her tree.

  • A reward, never a punishment: if you disappear for a few days, she just waits quietly and her level never drops
  • The savanna changes with the time of day: morning, noon, sunset and night
  • Your giraffe has the name and the style you choose

Reminders that do it with you

When a reminder rings, the giraffe does each step with you, in your order: phone aside, lights off, lie down. Medication, water, a stretch break, winding down for sleep.

  • Medication by name, with a "taken" for each time of day
  • Notification on your phone, even with the app closed

4

See your patterns

Each care item has its own progress: by week, month or year, with a chart, a calendar and a sentence that sums it up. What used to feel scattered starts to have a logic.

  • Compare two care items side by side, like sleep and mood
  • A timeline of your journey, week by week

Bring it to whoever supports you

Create a link with only what you choose, for your psychiatrist, psychologist or family. It opens without an account, saves as PDF, and stops working the moment you stop sharing.

  • Appointments: a list of what to talk about, the summary and medication changes
  • Nothing is shared without your say

You don't need to fix yourself.
You need to understand yourself.

Entering your own mind can be confusing. But getting lost doesn't have to be part of the process. Skloo exists to be the thread that goes along that path, letting you explore, understand and live with more clarity and autonomy. Not to show the way, but to make sure it can be walked with awareness.
